We are here to help you succeed in your riding goals! Whether a beginner who has never been on a horse or a more experienced rider, PRF is ready to get you in the saddle and started on your journey! PRF is a fun, active barn with lots of learning opportunities both in the saddle and on the ground and is committed to creating well rounded and knowledgable equestrians who are upstanding, commendable citizens outside of the barn. The benefits of riding go beyond the saddle and extend into every aspect of life; Organization, leadership, work ethic, athleticism, team work, responsibility, respect and good stewardship. The cornerstones of our foundation are education, safety, sportsmanship, stewardship and FUN. Members learn riding and the care of horses through mounted sports. The skills, habits and values instilled through horsemanship will apply to every part of a member’s life. www.ponyclub.org

Pleasant Ridge now has an IEL (Interscholastic Eventing League) team. Those riding and competing with us can ride for the team! The mission of IEL is to bring together junior riders with a common interest and provide a supportive community through which students can continue to pursue their riding interests. This program will encourage team camaraderie and will give junior members a chance to compete in a team atmosphere. This program will also help provide a pathway for those riders who seek to be part of a collegiate eventing program as they graduate high school.
